Бытовая ситуация - человек ПОДАВИЛСЯ. Есть два варианта: 1. Когда ПРОСТО подавился 2. Когда подавился СОВСЕМ. В первом случае, человек будет кашлять, а если кашляет - значит дышит. Что делаем? Наиболее распространенный вариант - постучать по спине. Что в этот момент происходит?
Т.е.
есть "труба-пищевод", есть препятствие и есть место для воздуха. И в
этот момент мы начинаем долбить по спине, соответственно в "трубе"
происходят колебания, препятствие смещается и по законам физики
устремляется вниз. И мы сразу из первого варианта ПРОСТО подавился,
переходим в вариант СОВСЕМ. Это происходит в 20% случаев. А как правильно? Наклоняем человека головой вниз, МЕДЛЕННЫЙ ВДОХ и РЕЗКИЙ ВЫДОХ. Побуждаем человека к дальнейшему откашливанию.
Второй вариант. Когда СОВСЕМ подавился. Обычно пострадавший имеет иссиня-красный цвет лица, чаще всего ДЕРЖИТСЯ РУКАМИ ЗА ГОРЛО и не может говорить и/или дышать. Применяем метод Хаймлеха. Выглядит вот так:
1. Необходимо встать за спиной пострадавшего (если он еще на ногах и не потерял сознания), обхватив его руками. 2.
Сжать одну руку в кулак и той стороной, где большой палец, положить ее
на живот пострадавшего на уровне между пупком и реберными дугами (в так
называемую эпигастральную область живота). 3. Ладонь другой руки
кладется поверх кулака, быстрым толчком вверх кулак вдавливается в
живот. Руки при этом нужно резко согнуть в локтях, но грудную клетку
пострадавшего не сдавливать. 4. При необходимости прием повторить несколько раз, пока дыхательные пути не освободятся. Порядок действий при оказании помощи поперхнувшемуся ребенку: Положите
ребенка на спину на твердую поверхность и встаньте на колени в его
ногах, или держите его на коленях лицом от себя. Положите средние и
указательные пальцы обеих рук на живот ребенка на уровне между пупком и
реберными дугами. Энергично надавите на эпигастральную область в
направлении вверх к диафрагме, не сдавливая грудную клетку. Будьте
очень осторожны. Повторяйте, пока дыхательные пути не освободятся. Последние рекомендации предписывают начинать удаление инородного тела (особенно у маленьких детей) с другого приема: Положить
ребенка на свою руку лицом на ладонь, чтобы ножки располагались по
разные стороны вашего предплечья и ось тела была наклонена вниз.
Производите похлопывания ладонью между лопаток, пока инородное тело не
очутится у вас в ладони. При неудаче – проводите прием Хеймлиха, как
описано выше.
Порядок действий самопомощи при поперхивании: 1. Сжать одну руку в кулак и той стороной, где большой палец, положить ее на живот на уровне между пупком и реберными дугами. 2. Ладонь другой руки кладется поверх кулака, быстрым толчком вверх кулак вдавливается в живот. 3. повторить несколько раз, пока дыхательные пути не освободятся. Также
вы можете опереться на крепко стоящий горизонтальный предмет (угол
стола, стул, перила) и произвести толчок в направлении вверх в
эпигастральной области. Обязательно и как можно скорее обратитесь к врачу, даже при благоприятном исходе.

The wobbling movement of an old giant star in the Aquila constellation revealed that it was in an orbital dance with a dormant black hole, and it’s the third such dormant black hole spotted by Gaia.
The researchers used the European Southern Observatory’s Very Large Telescope in Chile’s Atacama Desert and other ground-based observatories to confirm the mass of Gaia BH3, and their study has also offered new clues to how such huge black holes came to be. The findings appeared Tuesday in the journal Astronomy & Astrophysics.
“No one was expecting to find a high-mass black hole lurking nearby, undetected so far,” said lead study author Pasquale Panuzzo, an astronomer at the Observatoire de Paris, part of France’s National Centre for Scientific Research, and a Gaia collaboration member, in a statement. “This is the kind of discovery you make once in your research life.”
